POLICE have charged a man with an aggravated count of accessing child pornography.
Sexual Crime Investigation Branch detectives arrested the man, 25, from the Hills Murray region yesterday.
It is the second arrest in under a week following information provided by Queensland Police relating to South Australians accessing child exploitation material on the internet.
Last Friday, detectives arrested a north eastern suburbs man, 38, for similar offences.
Sexual Crime Investigation Branch officer-in-charge Detective Superintendent Damian Powell said the Internet was borderless for both criminals and police.
"Through our pro-active patrolling of the Internet we can detect, track and identify criminals anywhere in the world.
"People who use the internet for criminal purposes including accessing child exploitation material, should be warned that you may be identified by police anywhere in the world and tracked to South Australia.
We will then take action to put you before the courts."
The man was bailed to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court in May.
